Large executive home with a fantastic view of the mountains from every room. The home sits at the top of the culdesac and has close to 3000 sq ft of living area and an additional 1200 sq ft of decking which makes the home live much larger. French doors open onto the large deck which is directly off the 16' x 31' living area with windows all around to maximize the enjoyment of the mountain view. When we lived in the home our kids loved playing out on the deck and we barbecued all year round.

There is a dog run as well. We will consider a long term lease. Tenant pays all utilities. We will consider pets with references and a pet deposit. New hardwood floors and carpet were installed in part of the home. I will consider a lease purchase or an outright purchase for 445K
