I envision a location of 1500 to 3000 feet (or more), with at least 10 to 20 artist spaces, where we could each create and sell our individual work on site....Sculpture, paintings, jewelry, furniture, etc...a diverse group, with work that compliments each other would be beneficial for all...I could see it becoming a sought after destination for buyers seeking unique original one of a kind pieces. Possibly styled after the Celebration of Fine Art in Scottsdale (www.Celebrateart.com), or the Art Expo (www.arizonafineartexpo.com). I would like to see an opportunity for artists to each create and sell their own work, we would each pay a portion of rent and building expenses according to how much space is used, and pay no sales commissions.
