I have a great Rockhopper Comp for sale. Its is a large frame, full suspension. The forks are Marzocchi Shiver, 140mm travel, 20mm through axle, lockout, and rebound adjustment. The rear shock is a Fox Float R air shock with rebound adjustment. The rear suspension is adjustable from 75-90mm. The breaks are Avid BB7 mechanical with 8" discs, and they work GREAT! SRAM X-0 rear deraileur, Shimano front deraileur, and SRAM X-9 shifters. Easton Monkey Lite bars, specialized cranks, Chris King headset, and removable fenders. This is a great bike in good condition at a great price. $800 OBO

The two touring style have shocks on the front forks and a mono-shock joint on the back wheel. The two mountain-bike style have shocks on the front forks only.

These are standard COSTCO bikes, and they have been gently used. They are approximately three years old. Kids are getting cars now and the bikes are not used enough to justify the space needed to store them. Very good shape. Minor scratches in paint and one bike is missing the gear shift indicator, but all systems work very well.

Gear shift built into the handle-bar grips. Very ergonomic design. Very comfortable seats. I think we have all 4 helmets if you want them tossed in with the deal.

HEy, this is a 21 speed full suspension mountain bike with a nice krytponite lock. ITts red and for someone about 5'9 5'10
basically average height. Im too tall for it
Works and everything. The pedal on the left side is put in akward so I would just take it out and put it back in should work fine as long as its not stripped.
Im not much of a bike person I just know that it works and gets ya from point a to point b and im selling it cheap.
Has fenders too on the front and back.

So I went with the Method 2.0 after trying out a Cannondale Prophet 3 for a month or so. And... This bike is perfect if you want the capability to truly hit all terrain. The Front shock is awesome! Plush when you want it, locks out when you need it. This bike climbs like a maniac then tears up the downhill like nothing else.

The components are top notch. In fact, if you price the bike out, you are almost getting the frame for free. The Sram X.0 Rear deraileur is silky smooth and the juicy 7 brakes provide awesome stopping power.

Other similar bikes I tested were: Cannondale Prophet 3, Kona Coilair, Cannondale Rize 3.

This bike rocked them all hands down in terms of adjustability and bang for your buck.

Only slight cons are that the stock fat tires are definitely more downhill oriented than XC, and the Front shock does not work with fork mounted roof racks.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I ride a couple times a week at a local cycle park that includes twisty, tight single track & downhill courses. This is my first full suspension bike. The suspension is incredible. You nearly need a PHD to figure it out but it's plush. I was worried about the lack of a lock-out on the shock but as advertised it does a good job of sensing the load & minimizes "bob" on it's own. I'm not too worried about pushing the weight uphill, just lifting it on top of my car into the rack! Shifting is crisp & the brakes are solid.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

SRAM X-0 rear deraileur, Shimano XTR front deraileur, with SRAM X-9 shifters. Easton Monkey Lite XC handle bars, Avid BB7 mechanical disk brakes with 8"(work GREAT). Mavic XM 321 Disc wheel set (about a year old). Specialized cranks, Chris King headset, and removable fenders. Sorry, no pics yet.

Ive got a GT mountain bike - 17 or 18" (I will measure to be sure tomorrow) - 24 speed, shocks. The frame is extremely light and high quality, easily worth $300-$400 used.
Its been sanded down to bare aluminum with original black paint fading to aluminum.. it looks very cool and professional. The original GT logo on the seat post bar has not been sanded off though..

The bike was NEVER abused but it is a bike thats been used to get around when i actually rode it so its not "spotless". but its still in pretty good condition...8.5 out of 10.

No front derailleur. I was going to have one chain ring and a bash-gaurd, but then deiced not to keep the bike. You can choose for yourself is you want gears.

It's a different build then the normal one you would see. It has drop bars which I think are more comfortable and work very well for commuting around the city. The front wheel is a fixed gear so you could in some sort of emergency switch it to the back in case your shifting or breaks fail. I have ridden it only a week. I am 5.5 and the frame is just a little too large for me to ride comfortably.

here's the run down of the Kona Smoke 29er MTB

It's a 16" frame for 29" wheels.

The wheels are not original. I swapped these for my motorized bike. The front tire is fine, but the rear wheel will need to be trued at a bicycle shop - this costs $15 at the shop in Palmer. You will probably want a new tube too because the current one requires some special valve attachment.. that most pumps won't pump.
Also, if you're interested in rocky mountain bike riding, you will need wider tires or else you'll just bend the rims and get flats. And the rear wheel has a 7 speed cassette, these come stock with 8 speed. 8 Speed cassettes can be found on ebay for under $15 including shipping. And the bicycle shop in Palmer swaps cassettes for $12.
The rear deraileur is not original either. It's got a 7 speed on there now. These can be found for relatively cheap on ebay too. And the deraileur cable will need to be adjusted to properly align the chain with the cassette. This costs $10 in Palmer. If you ride it like it is right now, the chain will just derail trying to jump into a gear that's just not there.
There's no front brakes either. No lever or brake system. But the forks have the pins on them so you could easily get a set of brakes and lever for extremely cheap. Bicycle shops will probably only charge you a few bucks to install, but is easy enough with minimal knowledge.
And the seat is not original. There's nothing wrong with this.. but it's from my 80s Bianchi.. it's gel.. just doesn't look right.. lol.

And the Trek:

Here is an awesome Trek 3900 Alpha 16" mtb for 26" wheels. Bike is 100% aluminum frame-24 Speed with front shocks. Trek has front and rear derailer, cranks, and front sprockets. Only needs some tires and a little extra. This is a great bike made in LaCrosse, WI.

I'm also interested in trades.. just offer what you've got, you'd be surprised.

Edit: Kona frame is almost down to original finish. Silver and Yellow.

This is a cyclocross bike that can handle everything from commuting, bike paths, and fire roads. The geometry is a bit more relaxed than a true road bike and by virtue of its carbon seat stays, seat post, and seat stays, it it very forgiving and rugged.
