The Alaska Computer Brokers training department is offering A+Essentials the week of March 16-20 and A+ Technical the week of March 23-27. A+ Essentials covers skills needed by computer support professionals such as installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking. The A+ Technical course teaches how to support PC hardware in a business setting including installation, troubleshooting, and component replacement. These courses teach essential skills for passing the A+ exam and providing PC support in the workplace.
