hey, I go to the Dairy Queen on Tudor, and I want a blizzard, and half the time they leave something out, and the other it tastes like thin mint, now that would be great if I had ordered thin mint. The people at the window, especially the guys, keep the change. now if they had asked for it, it would be one thing. but you hand them $6.00 and they keep anywhere from .12 to .2 cents. I know that sounds absurd to complain about, it is the principle. They just assume that I don't care about my money. now take every customer that goes through the drive thru, how much does that add up to in a shift? and who gets it? I know that they work for a wage, but tipping the drive thru people when they can't even get your order right, Come on! I no longer give my money to these people. and if you are having the same problem I suggest you do the same. thanks for listening.
