Busy team-based salon and retail store in immediate need of FULL TIME Sales Associate & Receptionist. Applicant must LOVE customer service and have the ability to prove it! Our employees are enthusiastic about what they do and when customers walk into our salon, they know it! They are greeted with a friendly smile and an offer to help them with their appointment and product needs. We are looking for talented Sales Associates to generate sales by engaging and connecting with each customer and to provide stellar customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to provide courteous and helpful service to customers in all areas of the store and salon in a quick and efficient manner.
· Ability to drive store sales by suggesting additional items to customers to meet their needs and wants.
· Must be efficient in computer skills with cash handling & reconciling experience.
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and productively.
· Must be reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
· Must be able to work FULL TIME, evenings and weekends are required.
· High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
· One year of retail sales experience preferred.
