sitter with interest in speech therapy for Jan and Feb (rabbit creek/goldenview)

I am looking for childcare for Jan and Feb during the day with somewhat flexible hours (but will need to be here definitly from 11-4pm and can make full time if wanted). My son has a speech delay and is in special ed classes with ASD. He has improved dramatically and I need temporary help with caring for him after preschool and helping him with his speech. This would include reading, music, playing inside and out, field trips (if applicable and can drive) anything that promotes good health and education. He is potty trained and you can understand 75-80% of what he is saying. I can uderstand 90% since I know him well. He does not have any temper issues or emotional instability. Very easy going kid. Speech is only issue.
This would be a great job for someone who thinks they may want to pursue education/speech therapy, are currently taking classes, or is wanting experience for TA in special ed preschool teaching etc... and wants some experience and a great reference afterwards (I am a local physician so I could provide an excellent reference for you if you do a good job). I will need to do a background check and reference check.
