Paint Gelding w blue eyes& barn

Hello I have a beautiful paint gelding for sale he has 2 blue eyes!!! hes 7 years old and his name is motley!! He can be a little head strong some times so he will need to have a confident owner! he loves attention hes more like a dog!! he'll follow you around he loves to be groomed and loved on. He loves kids !! but i wouldnt quite leave the children on him quite yet. He's broke but hasnt been really messed with for a few months. so he needs to be schooled up on his manners. he would make a really great family horse with a little refresher. hes up to date with worming and teeth floating and all that good stuff. hes currently alone.. and dosnt mind when he gets alot of attention but hes been in herds and loves it!!! but he'll go out on his own and not be "talking to the other horses " the whole time. Ultimatly he prefurs a conpanion. hes an easy keeper really healthy. just had his feet done. he's never been shoed befor he seems to get along just fine with out them. iam really attached to this horse but iam in college and need to sell him and he deserves more time than i can give to him. :( i just want him to go to a loving home .

I have a 12x16 3 sided barn that i will sell will sell with him. its got 4 beems that you dig into the ground and 3 walls i took down in pannels so you just have to pop the nails back all the way in there halfway outta the barnwalls. the roof is blue tin roofing. this barn is high quality and it is just perfect for horses. its open so there are no stalls but its something so thouse horses wont get snowed on !!! if you only want the barn iam asking $1500 -- $ 3000 with motley if you are seriously interested maybe we can discuss the price. :) thank you for looking e mail me or call me with any questions you may have. my name is kate
