I'm looking for something with a decent amount of room (NOT < 600 sq ft) that will accept pets (two cats) and has utilities included (with the exception of phone, cable, and possibly electric).

Ideally, it would be great to find a fairly modern, new-ish one bedroom, or a slightly older townhouse. Location doesn't matter TOO much, as long as the commute to my office off of Tudor is not too awful.

I'm a young, quiet, business professional that spends most of my time away from home working, volunteering, or visiting family out of town. The places I have checked out so far are full of loud partiers or loud families, or they are in sketchy neighborhoods.

I'm flexible on a lot of this, including rent, if the place is right. I'm just not seeing a lot of well-maintained rentals out there, which is disappointing.
