I am a 26 year old female looking for roommates to get a nice place with. I am a full time working professional and am pretty laid back beyond that. I am looking for some great roommates and hope you are out there somewhere. I love people and really want to enjoy living with a great group of gals. I don't want to be a bunch of strangers that share a kitchen on occasion and have awkward interactions. I am an artist who loves to paint, draw, and take pictures. I do consider myself independent and driven but also love dinner with friends and bbq'in in the summer and the sort. I don’t do drugs or drink or go out to the bars and all that mess and I'm not looking for roommates that come stumbling in at 3 am every weekend. I understand an occasional drink or two and don’t mind company either.

I believe in honor and respect and open communication and you must be able to communicate to live with me. I don't play games or hint at what I would prefer and I would expect that you don't either. I pay rent and bills on time and cannot live with people that are not responsible. I am also very clean and we all need to pull our weight around the house. I am open to us selecting responsibilities so we know the house stays nice but that's far from where we are at this point. Whoever we may rent from has an investment and I want to honor that and not destroy their house. That says a lot about who I am and I hope that gives some incite to what kind of people I am looking for.

Single/Divorced male, 31 years old. E-6 Staff Sergeant in the Army stationed at Ft Richardson. I am currently deployed right now but will be back to AK around the middle of February or beginning of March, but possibly earlier and will want to rent a room.
