Summary:
The Human Resources Compliance Coordinator coordinates and administers various internal and external compliance requirements.
-Maintain records to assure compliance.
-Review, interpret and recommend policies.
-Conduct legal, industry and other research.
-Schedule hearings, contact and interview witnesses, respond to interrogatories, maintain case files.
-Draft, proofread, and edit documents.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of three (5) years administrative experience is required.
-Experience in compliance and/or legal fields required.
-College or technical coursework is required.
-Paralegal degree is preferred.
-Supervisory experience preferred.
