More info
My grandfather was in Alaska in the 1880's where he came across a Inuit working on this piece. My grandfather was watching as the gentleman was working and noticed that his grandson was posing with a rifle in the background. my grandfather asked the gentleman if he could buy the piece and embed a piece of alaska gold rush gold. He also asked if he could sign the piece. It is walrus bone, 3" long and 2" wide. it also comes with a small box link chain approx. 18" and made of 14 K.
