I rec'd a phone call this evening from a lovely lady who saw my Lost and Found ad for my sheltie, Willie, in the ADN. Earlier today, she was walking the coastal trail near West Chester Lagoon and saw a sign posted that Willie was found and called me when she saw my ad, hoping they were one and the same. Alas, The found Willie is a balack and white (with a little tan) border collie or border collie mix. He has tags from an Oregon vet clinic. Unfortunately, I was too disapointed when I saw I it was not my boy to write down the information. But, if you go to the south-west corner of the lagoon and check out the Mutt Mitt dispenser there (just before the tunnel heading towards Kincaid Park) you'll see the sign and picture. I hope he finds his home. I pray my Willie comes home.
