I am the OP who was frustrated about the puppy I was trying to adopt........ I got emails from people who had adopted pets through this group and had great expierences and I got emails from people who hadn't had such good luck. To each thier own of course. I have not emailed ANYONE back bashing this group!!!!!! Nor have I to this point made it public that this isn't the first time that I have had an issue with said group! But when ya meet the right dog sometimes you have to just let things go. If you loved the puppy enough to do the right thing and give it a home. Then I got this..........

firstly i would just like to say, this, "you are a trouble maker." step up to the plate and understand how a rescue group works. there are always loud mouths like you trying to get things going.

volunteer your damn time to something or better yet acquire a passion about helping things in need. you are patting yourself on the back for getting two cats at the pound, and that is wonderful as they surely needed a home, but to go on the attack about something you absolutely know nothing about is pathetic. hang out with this group sometime and learn something about what they do before you look for back-up, just because things aren't happening for you like you think they should be.

I am not of this rescue group you are attacking. i do however admire people that go out of their way, take time out of their life to extend a helping hand. what the heck do you do, except throw stones. be a good person and apologize on craigslist to these thoughtful people. that is where you started your ugliness, that is where you should finish it.
these people do not make a profit. it is so exasperating to see idiots like you starting a posting war. volunteer sometime and see what it is like. stupid person.

Please notice that I am not posting this person's email or name. I am simply posting the body of the email. My post on craigslist did prompt someone from ADPR to contact me. Just to let me know that they aren't sure why my calls were never returned or what happened to my information, but that the puppy has been adopted out already. Great!!!!! I am HAPPY that she did find a home. I am NOT happy that with as much effort as I tried to put in to give her a home I was ignored. I don't feel that I ATTACKED ADPR. I simply stated that I was feeling frustrated at the lack of contact and was VENTING. And as I stated it did finally prompt someone to contact me. Secondly I know that they are volunteers I know they have lives and families and jobs ect.... I didn't wait 2 or 3 days before I began getting upset. It's been 3 weeks! Lastly I do volunteer!! Not with animals but with a group for physically and mentally handicapped individuals, have two children, a life, and a husband! But I am the type of person that can manage all that I do without ignoring the things that I have CHOSEN to take responsibility for. So please, if you have a smaller fur baby that needs a good home feel free to email me. If you're going to email just to show ignorance.....save your energy and email someone who's trying to start something. I was simply looking to see if anyone had a simular situation. Good grief!!
