They come with the HUGE 50 inch tall(48 inches inside) thick bar parrot cage and all their accessories you see in the pictures. If you need the table you can have that too. They're sweet, quiet(yes these are quiet!), lovely birds. Short version, cost is $250 firm, cash only. Long version, this is a GREAT DEAL, read on you will see why. Pictures are at the bottom of this page.

THEY DO NOT BITE, THEY DO NOT SCREAM !! The cage would cost you $400 new, the bars are thick. The birds would cost you roughly $300 if you bought them from someone, depending on where you go(pet store vs. private). The accessories would cost you roughly $100. Basically I'm charging for the cage and stuff. The birds come with it. The birds MUST stay in a huge cage, it would be cruel to put them in something smaller when this is what they are used to. I do not want them to go without it only to get crammed in with 10 other birds someplace. These are good house birds. If you can prove to me they will go in their own huge cage with plenty of toys and pirches in and out, and by showing me the setup, then I will give these birds to you. I have to SEE it though. I'm in no rush to let these birds go just anywhere, they must have freedom and quality space to live in and on. I believe all birds should have that.

These birds have the run of the house, they prefer to walk around on the top of their cage when their door is left open. They sleep in the cage and the door is left open all day for them to have freedom to roam. They will stay 99% of the time on top of the cage when let out.

The Lutino(4 years old white) one is the mother, the Pied(6 years old grey and white) one is the father and the Pearled(1 year old spottted/striped) one is their baby. They are very healthy, happy and well adjusted. These birds only eat Harrisons Organic Bird Pellets and have seeds as a treat. They eat all kinds of veggies and fruit. They ignore our dogs, they are calm with the vacuum cleaner.

Their cage is huge and heavy, you can see from the picture how it sits tall on the folding card table. All of the toys, food bowls, pirches, nest box, and branches will stay with the cage and birds. The cage comes apart so the birds must be in a small transport cage(NO BOXES!) when moving them.

Serious inquiries only please, if you have never had birds before call me and we can talk a while and see what happens. If you think you can remove them from their pelleted diet you will find their health decline, so please do not try. This is the best bird food available. It works out to about $8 a month to feed them the pellets. They are happy with the freedom they have to roam during the day and do not abuse it. They do NOT scream or screech, they only make their quiet pleasing happy sounds.

Riley is a mixed breed, we cant be sure what of but I would say Cairn Terrier and possibly Poodle. He has the scruffy Benji dog look but feels a lot softer. He is still very much a puppy but is full grown. The vets say he is between 6 and 11mon. old. Riley is great with other dogs and would do well with a buddy. He likes people of pretty much all ages and we would love to see him in a family.

Riley is in a foster home in Anchorage until his forever family is found. He does have an adoption fee to help cover the costs of his rescue and having him shipped up to Alaska. I'm completely agreed with this response as well, we're military and it sickens me to see fellow members kicking their pets to the curve because of a simple move. "Oh I don't want to put them through the stress of a move"... Yeah, cause the stress of a new home, or a shelter is just so much easier to handle! We've had no issues with moving with our pets. Quit making excuses for your laziness and irresponsibility. Just don't own pets!

I really hope nobody gives you another animal! Irrisponsible pet owner! Oh, we're moving so ofcourse its time to get rid of the old and bring in the new!! Pets aren't transportable! Mama C. has such a great personality on top of her great looks. She is outgoing and friendly and really gets along with everyone she meets. She is good with other cats and tolerates calmer dogs well. Hyper dogs scare her and she would really do best without them. She has the cutest little garbly meow and almost sounds like a bird chirping. Its an odd thing to be searching through your house for the bird you have no idea where came from, only to find its the cat! Mama has great hunting skills and is sure to keep all the creepy crawlies out of your home!

Does not have to purebred or anything but cant be full pittbull,american bulldog, rott...homeowners insurance reason, even though I dont agree with them gotta follow the rules =)

We have another dog, a small bred dog and hes great with others. We are looking for another small breed puppy or adult dog...just another family member..dont really matter

A little about ourselves:
We are a 3 person family and have alot of fun with our current dog. We go on camping trips during the summer and he has lots of fun. I am very lucky and allowed to bring my doggie into work with me so he gets lots of socialization. There are 2 dogs that are at work reguarly that he hangs out with his partners in crime so to speak. We arnt intersted in pure bred dogs because honeslty it dont matter to us. Just a puppy to love and for him to grow up with our family. Were willing to pay a rehomeing fee but I am not paying a rediculous amount because some of these prices on her is sickening. Just because you dont want to fork up 300-800 for a puppy doesnt mean you cant provide them a good home! Vet bills are expensive, yes, but so are doctors bills and you take them as they come. Being able to pay 500 bucks for a dog doesnt mean you will give him or her a good home...or be more able to provide food, shelter, love, training, or warm sweters that both look both cute and are warm lol...I could be wrong but I dont remember Iams costing that much or any other dog food for that matter. But oh well I am not going to go into a rant.....

More about us ...My hubby and I have been married for 6 years, we have a 4 year old that has grown up around animals and knows how to treat them gently. We live in a duplex that allows dogs, we have a small yard...we are active people...parks, camping etc...I bring my dog and eventually dogs to work with me reguarly so they dont stay at home and get lonely...Umm trying to think of anything else about our family you need to know...uhhhh we like snack food occasionally...lol i dont know what more to say

All I really am saying is we are looking for a puppy to love and provide a great forever home for...Let me know via email and I will contact you

There are so many hidden responsibilities with animals- so many of them are abandoned later because of these responsisbilities.

You have to feed them, give them clean water, provide a suitable shelter, enrichment such as toys, regular vet visits, medicine when theyre sick, dental care, excercise. It just keeps going.
If you want to provide a person with a living thing as a present, get an orchid or a bonsai tree. They take the same amount of effort, but with fewer consequences if the receiver can't keep up with them.

I know people who got their children rabbits for easter... 6 months later, the rabbits have over populated those neighborhoods because they were not fixed first.
How many of those families kept their family rabbit? ZERO.
Nobody wanted to clean up the poop, fill the feeders, change the bedding, etc etc etc.
They just let them go because there are other rabbits in the neighborhood.
BOOM population explosion.

The same can be said about outside cats that are not fixed or cared for; they will over breed and they life expectancy is severely shortened. An outside cat lives about 4 years.
Dogs are adorable as puppies, especially the little dogs, but they grow up and need our help to stay healthy. Can you commit to giving insulin shots if they are diabetic? How about dental work?
Animals are not gifts- they are living, breathing expenditures that need to be supported for a long time.
