I have a nearly new ( built in 2007) duplex that I am in the process of purchasing, and I am looking for a roomate (preferrably female) to share my half of the duplex. The place is about 1500 sq feet total and has hardwood floors throughout, catherdral ceilings, lots of large pane windows and new appliances. There are 2 bedrooms total and 1 bathroom. The room that is available for rent is good size and is in excellent condition. Rent is monthly, ,due on the first in the amount of $550.00- utilities will be split evenly ( electric and cable/internet-about $100/mnth split. I have bedroom furniture in the room now that can either be used or stored depending on what is best for you.
I am a woman in my early twenties who is relatively new to the valley. I work full time in business managment, am college educated and like to have fun. I'm outgoing, friendly and really enjoy a nice cup of coffee, an even better glass of wine and a good chat.
