I just learned that my landlord sold my rental house, so I need to move before July 1. I'm looking for a small rental home, duplex, or townhome. I am a 30 year old professional female who works in the valley, but I'd like to be closer to Anchorage, although I'd still live in Palmer if the right rental came along. Right now I've had a month to month lease at $800 a month including all utilities except cable and internet, and I'd like the same type of deal if possible, but I'm willing to sign a 6 month lease. I have a 65 pound golden retriever mix who is housebroken and very well-behaved, so dog-friendly rentals are a must. I just need 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I am clean and a non-smoker.
