I am looking for a house/apt in the Anchorage; close to the core area for the winter. If you are leaving Anchorage for a vacation/snow-birding for an extended time period, I would be glad to look after your place of residence. I am from out of state but working in Anchorage (local engineering/construction company) and need a place to stay. I have a full FBI background clearance and do not drink and or smoke. I am an older male so "rave" parties a certainly not in the cards ??????
