We are a couple from Anchorage and have lived in Haines Alaska for 6 years on a mountainside above the ocean. We lose access to our home due to snow every year. We come back to Anchorage to work as a teacher and a custom woodworker every year. We are mid-thirties, outdoor lovers, health-concious non-smokers, very quiet, no parties, no kids, no pets. We have our own four wheel drive transportation. We would like to house sit or just rent a room in Anchorage from February 1st to May 1st. We can go $300 for a room.
