I'm a 26-year old man looking for a simple, quiet room to rent, preferably on the east side of Anchorage, as it is close to my job. I am available to pay around the $350 dollar/month range as long as the home I occupy is free of drugs (including marijuana), excessive drinking, and criminal activity (especially stealing other peoples' belongings!).
I am easy-going with a clean background, bringing with me only a few possessions occupying only a tiny bit of space.
