About me:

Single/Divorced male, 31 years old. E-6 Staff Sergeant in the Army stationed at Ft Richardson. I am currently deployed right now but will be back to AK around the middle of February or beginning of March, but possibly earlier and will want to rent a room.

I don't smoke, but I do drink. Not a big drinker but I do like to go out on the weekends. I'm drug free and I have a security clearance, so not much to worry about there. Also, I have no criminal record. I'm pretty easy going and like to keep to myself when I'm home. I like things to be neat and clean. I would like to pay no more then $550 for rent, and My main goal would be $350-$450
I live in a three bedroom Apartment, with seven roommates. yes, seven. This includes a abusive couple, who is always yelling at each other, a punk kid who thinks that he is the shit, and lots of drama. this is not the place to concentrate on school and work. the house is full of drinking and smoking and partying wee hours of the morning, and I work 8-5 shifts at one job and 5:30-11 shifts at my second. It's hard to sleep when your roommates don't give a damn if you can seep thru the bass and the partying.

I work two jobs, and I am only 18. I also go to school, and am working on gaining a full scholarship to UAA through my school, so I study psychology this next fall. So all in all, I won't be home much. and I work weekends.

I am quite, reserved, Tidy but not a perfectionist, and defiantly one of the most responsible young adults my age that you will find. My main focus in life for right now is finishing high school on time, working my ass off for collage in case my scholarship falls through, and to keep my head up. I will be the first person in my family to go to collage.

I personally do not like drinking, I don't really mind if someone else drinks occasionally, but I'm not a real big drinker. All my belongs are nothing but clothes and a lot of books, because I read a lot. I'm fun person to be around, but I enjoy my quite. I wish to live with college aged students only please.

There are only to catches, the only two reasons why I am still living in this horrible place, 1) I have a neutered, de-clawed, house trained, outgoing, and well behaved two year old Cat named Miri. he enjoys sleeping in empty bathroom cupboards and on high shelves in my bedroom. No matter what, I have to stay with him. He is extremely important to me. 2) I will not have a vehicle until income tax. I do have a dog. He is a registered Therapy Dog and has good references. He is well mannered and I'm a responsible pet owner. I have no problem cleaning up after my dog.

I don't have any furniture or stuff to clutter. A room with decent light would be nice.

Reason for moving perk-wise, is my privite teacher is 78 this month, and spending as much time with her as possible is one. From Soldotna, where I am now, thats not possible. Second, one of my health care facilitators is in Wasilla where I care to be.

I am very soft spoken/kind hearted, and would literally give my shirt off to someone if they needed it, (I have givin my jackets in the past to people that needed it in the past, right off my back.) I am so tired of this valdez life, and would like very much if you would consider allowing me to stay in a furnished room or apartment for 2 months or until a time where I can get my own place. I am able to pay 2-4 months of rent for right now, I am in the meantime going to try to seek out employment, while awaiting results from applying for disability.
