This heavy duty, insulated, gun safe will keep your guns away from any kids, and serve as a disincentive for thieves. The original locks were drilled out, but it's been retrofitted for use with padlocks. Kids would not have the strength to loosen the screws on the padlock clasps, and thieves won't want to take the time to do so. Could be bolted to wall or floor.
Looks like it's thick enough to be fire-retardant, don't know if it's actually "fire-proof."
There is also a very cool "hidey hole" against the inside back wall perfect for those important or confidential papers.
