Had this laptop for about a year. It works perfect, but has the inside dell emblem missing (Please email me for pictures). I paid 1700 for it off of QVC and comes with a massive amount of software. 4GB of RAM, 320GB Hard Drvie, Wireless N built in, DVD/CD Writting and Reading Ability, Al software includes disk, 17 inch screen. I can restore to factory settings. Not to mention that it is covered under a TRANSFERABLE warranty that includes in home service! It has about a year plus left and can be extended.
