Want to get into shape but need help?

Want the knowledge of an experienced and certified personal trainer but can't afford to pay hundreds a month?

I've helped many people after being in the business for over ten years, and now I'm offering workout routines tailored to specific client needs.

How it works is simple. You never even need to meet me in person but are more than welcome to. You tell me what your goals are, your current height and weight, and how active you've been so far if at all. If you send pictures it'll help me understand your body type even more. Then I write up three week workout routines that you can do on your own and are aimed toward your goals.

Every three weeks we get back together and review progress. At that point I'll either write a new routine or adjust the old one based on our results so far. You don't have to pay me for three weeks of working out, just for one session once every three weeks.
