These are private cabins spread over a scenic 90 acre property that has the remote feeling of living in the woods but a 15 min drive from the nearest town of Girdwood.
The cabins and property have had a major renovation this summer.
Cabins will have baseboard heat and will come with a fridge, microwave and kitchen area.
They each have their own outhouse.
They do not have running water.
This is a beautiful and peaceful place to live.
The ideal resident would love the outdoors, be a respectful neighbor, and be able to handle the challenges of winter in a place that gets a lot of snow.
Animals allowed on approval so long as not aggressive to the other cats and dogs on the property.
4 wheel drive or AWD is useful here.
