The property is right across the highway from the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center.
The cabins and property have had a major renovation this summer and several are ready to rent now and more being worked on.
Cabins will have baseboard heat and will come with a fridge, microwave and kitchen area.
They each have their own outhouse.
They do not have running water.
This is a beautiful and peaceful place to live.
The ideal resident would love the outdoors, be a respectful neighbor, and be able to handle the challenges of winter in a place that gets a lot of snow.
There are many places to hike, extensive bike paths nearby, and fishing and kayaking right off the property.

-2 bedroom cabins for $800 + electric. (Electric can be high in winter)
Animals allowed on approval so long as not aggressive to the other cats and dogs on the property.
4 wheel drive or AWD is useful here.
