The place is approx 900 square feet, features vaulted ceilings, granite tile counters in kitchen w/breakfast bar, gas range, microwave, coffee maker, Blue Mountain Pine ceilings, king size bed, large bedroom with walk in closet, washer/dryer, nice 8x12 2nd story deck with lake views.
It is situated next to our home on 30+ acres of land on small non motorized lake great for cross country skiing or just going out for a walk.
Enjoy the fire pit down by the lake while watching a fantastic sunsets.

No pets permitted, no smoking permitted in residence, not accepting AK Housing voucher
