To optimize the space, we chose to design this tiny house with a European-style wet bath--the toilet is within the shower enclosure. Maybe not a setup you've experienced, but we think you'll find the clever design also enjoyable to use!
WiFi is available as well as a smart TV with Netflix and Roku.
On the back of the house is an enclosed shed for a safe dry place to store your bike or skis.
Available November 25 for 6-month lease for $1100 discounted to $1050 if paid on or before the 1st of the month. $1000 security deposit. Owner provides gas, electric, snow removal and trash. A washer and dryer are available on the property.
