This is an amazing fireplace insert that utilizes logs for fuel, no natural gas. This unit has a powerful blower that not only disperses more heat into the room but also burns the logs more efficiently and hotter. This unit warmed most of my 1200sf home to ~70 degree Fahrenheit in about 40mins. Always very impressed with this unit compared to older log burning fireplaces and stoves.

This unit is in great condition, no damage or need to replace anything. Would be open to negotiations as I really need to get it out of my house. This is also a heavy unit, 200-300lbs, so be prepared to handle it when picking up.
