Was brand new in shrink wrap when originally listed but I ended up with a spare double mat & frame that fit perfectly! Frame & mat are newly purchased and though framing is not gallery quality, this is still an excellent deal on a ready to hang Munoz at less than half the price of what the print alone sells for if purchased elsewhere
