Basic part 135 company and associated air carrier certificate for sale. Company is in compliance and recently changed to an air carrier certificate.
This is just the LLC for sale with associated FAA oversight documents, aircraft are not a part of the deal. All FAA compliance documents would need updated to reflect new operations and buyer would be responsible for that.
The exclusive use aircraft would stay on the certificate until the buyer added a new aircraft.
