29 Nome offshore mining claims (31 miles outside of Nome)

For sale 5, 160 acre and 24, 40 acre offshore mining claims located approximately 31 miles east of Nome. This 29 claim chain begins approximately 1 mile before the headwaters of the Solomon river and continues miles down the beach toward Topcock. The Solomon river valley is a known producer of gold and has had many successful mining operations through the ages including the Big Hurrah Mine which is located upstream directly behind these claims. These claims are unworked other than the sampling we have conducted and are a rare find on the Seward peninsula as the western most claims have road access (Council Highway) and they back up to state ground with a designated state winter trail (Iditarod trail) running along and through them. These claims are ideal for a dredge or beach crawler operation. We've had interest from several parties about leasing or selling part of the lot and currently would prefer to sell them as a complete group. There a currently several operations in the area with more awaiting permitting. At this time we are open to offers or partial trades toward equipment or property. In addition mining equipment to work this ground is a possibility to incorporate into the transaction. We currently are persuing alternate endeavors and therefore this opportunity is being listed for sale. All paperwork is current and in order. For more information and any questions or for adl numbers please email this link and include a name and phone number and I will contact you. Scammers stay away you won't be dealt with. Thank you for your interest.
