‘Wu Hsin’ 1979 Documented Sailboat Sloop in Freshwater built to Lloyd’s of London standards. Substantial upgrades. Many extras, manuals and receipts.
The Good-Bottom, Aluminum mast, Standing rigging, Running rigging, Stay plates, Harken furler, B&G instruments, Frigo DC refrigeration, Air Head, New Found Stainless Steel port lights, Dodger and Bimini Canvas all relatively new; Isuzu Pisces 40 maintained and strong; Sails - fresh and crisp. Interior - roomy, bright, empty of clutter and clean.
The Bad/ The Ugly - needs cushions in Forepeak and Cockpit. Hull topsides need work (a few days in a yard would solve), some interior and mast lights need troubleshooting, most exterior teak is gray (are free of old coatings).
Last haul-out Schoonmaker Portland 2019.
Hull bottom cleaned 9/25.
