Sea Sport Pilot House 2700 (Anchorage)
27'0" x 8'6" x 2'9" Asking Price....$65,000
Marine Survey Value $85,000
Sea Sports are known for their solid, proven hulls built for safety, comfort, efficient cabin layout and ease of maintenance. The 27' Pilot is big enough to take the entire family, or a group of friends cruising, fishing, or hunting in comfort yet it is small enough to trailer without permits. The raised pilot house features 360-degree view helm seating with co-pilot double seat and fold down teak table. Sea Hawk has been professionally maintained and displays the team colors of the Seattle Seahawks on the hull and interior. The interior finish and exterior gel coat are in excellent condition. Large V-berth in bow sleeps two with additional storage and an overhead emergency hatch to foredeck. Midship is a pilot berth capable of sleeping two. The dinette seats four people and collapses providing sleeping for two. Midship to starboard is a standup head with Jabsco manual pump. Layout of head at mid ship provides for open views and natural light in the galley without the head in aft corner. The galley offers a Force 10 two burner propane stove with oven, counterspace for food prep, deep stainless sink with pressure fresh water, and 2.6 cubic foot refrigerator. Outside there's 55 square feet of fishing deck with gunwale mounted fish holders and removable fish cleaning table. On port side is a davit with electric windlass with foot switch for pulling shrimp/crab pots and hanging monster halibut for memorable pictures! The 13.5 cubic foot below deck fish hold, with macerator pump out, will challenge the best fisherman to fill. A self-draining bait box on the transom provides for storage of bait, fish holders and other fishing items. Crab/shrimp pot storage is provided for on the aft roof and a radar arch and dingy storage sits on the pilot roof.
