I have two used Yamaha outboards for sale. The first is a mechanical 2012 F150 with a 25” shaft with a thousand hours. Controls, cables, aluminum prop and 3” Yamaha gauge are included. Motor was running fine until it started to overheat. I replaced the water pump as well as the thermostat and it didn’t fix the problem. It’s probably something simple, I just don’t want to deal with it anymore. Lower unit was new in 2020 and has less than 200 hours on it

The second engine is a 2018 F250 DEC engine with a thousand hours. This engine started getting water in the engine oil. I think it was due to a blown head gasket, but I’m not sure. Engine was running when I removed it from my boat. Controls are not included with this engine. Lower unit is still good, though it looks rough.
