What You’ll Do:
Manage projects from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, and timelines
Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and on point
Communicate clearly with clients and leadership
Solve problems quickly and keep jobs moving forward
Maintain high standards for quality and jobsite performance
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in construction project management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple moving parts under pressure
Clear, direct communication style
Comfortable working in Alaska’s demanding conditions
