Flat-Rate Painting Labor (Standard 8ft Ceilings):
* Small Room (10x10): $250
* Standard Room (12x12): $300
* Large Room (12x17): $450
* Custom quotes for vaulted ceilings or larger spaces.
Drywall & Repair Add-ons:
* The “Wasn't Me!” Repair: $75 (To fix those mystery holes).
* Painting Bonus: If I’m already there painting, small patches are only $25!
* Includes: Expert mudding, sanding, and texture matching.
