Q-1 Services is a locally owned commercial cleaning company that has proudly served Alaska since 1976. We believe great customer service is built on trust, communication, and follow-through. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes ownership of problems, and is driven to find practical solutions that work for everyone involved.
This is not a behind-the-desk customer service position. You'll spend time visiting client locations, building relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement, and serving as the bridge between our clients and our operations team. The right person is outgoing, approachable, empathetic, and confident communicating both in person and over the phone.
What You'll Do:
• Visit client locations to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Conduct building walkthroughs, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate recommendations to our operations team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and work collaboratively with both the client and our team to create practical, win-win solutions.
• Follow up consistently to ensure concerns have been resolved and clients are satisfied.
• Document client interactions, walkthrough reports, and service requests accurately.
• Work closely with our operations team to improve service quality and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Calm under pressure and able to navigate difficult conversations professionally.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities while following through on commitments.
• Someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and does what they say they're going to do.
Qualifications:
• Customer service, account management, hospitality, sales, or client relations experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience using CRM or customer management software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
