The good. Reconditioned battery, starts easy, new key ignition (turn signal switch assembly), rebuilt power steering pump, serviced tires anti-sieze on threads (1999), replaced the connector rod bearings.
Clean title, I have the title.
The bad; one damaged crankshaft journal due to excessive bearing wear, power steering lower rack seal is leaking, rear right wheel control arm is bent, I straightened it but it should be reinforced or replaced. Windshield will need to be replaced eventually, other little things, main issue is that damaged crankshaft journal, I am a mechanic but I did not want to pull the transaxle at this time, so I closed it up, put the oil pan back on, so the oil pan is now clean!, it was a mess with all that bearing wear sludge.
As pictured, priced accordingly.
I recommend someone with mechanical aptitude get this car as it will need attention.
I could jump in it and drive to Anchorage now but it is out of registration so I drive it just on my drive only.
