2000 Ford Excursion 4x4, V-10,
165,000 Miles, Power Everything. Replaced the front bench seat with Leather seats and middle console from 2001 F-350. Runs great but has an issue.
Last fall it got a serious pull when driving to the passenger side. I replaced brakes, rotors, calipers, tie rod and tie rod ends, and both locking hubs. Thought I had it fixed and about 3 weeks ago it came back. I don't have a shop and I don't have the funds to put it in a shop. It still drives down the road but it would be better to get it towed home and figure out the issue as it jerks intermittently with no warning.
Has the usual Ford Drivers seat with the tear from getting in and out. Could Definately use a good interior cleaning.. Body is Fair with scratches, dings, and the usual for a 20+ years old work rig. Has NO Codes or check engine lights. Catalytic converter was replaced 5 years ago. Took out the 3rd row of seats so I could haul more in the back so its basically an enclosed 3/4 ton crew cab that you can fit a piece of plywood on the back of if need be.
I've owned this rig for about 6 years and have never had any issues with it. I've drove it to Fairbanks numerous times as well as Valdez, Homer, and everywhere in between. It will tow a mountain if you let it. Its been a great rig and hate to see it go but I need to get into something smaller.
