About the Role
Champ Martial Arts is hiring After-School Program Staff to support our fun, safe, and structured after-school program for students K–8. This is a great opportunity for college students, caregivers, or anyone who enjoys working with children and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and engage students during after-school hours
• Assist with homework time and structured activities
• Lead games, arts & crafts, and group activities
• Maintain a positive, safe, and welcoming environment
• Support daily check-in and pick-up procedures
• Work closely with team members and site leaders

Qualifications
• 18 years or older
• No experience required (training provided)
• Enjoy working with children and being active
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
• Clean background check required
