Hi! I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented house cleaner to help maintain a 1-bedroom Airbnb rental in Anchorage.
Schedule:
Must be available daily between 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM (guest turnover window)
Not every day will require cleaning, but availability during this time is required
Pay:
$25-$35 for 1-day stay clean
$50-$75 for 2+ day stay clean
$25/week for laundry
Responsibilities include:
Changing sheets and making beds (lint rolling bedding)
Light laundry (wash one visit, fold next visit)
Cleaning kitchen, bathroom, and floors (sweep/vacuum/mop)
Restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.)
Taking out trash and checking fridge for leftover food
Keeping unit clean and ready for 5-star guest reviews
Ideal candidate:
Dependable and punctual
Pays attention to detail
Able to work independently
Has reliable transportation
