Garcia's Grill is looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused bartender to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding guest service, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards.
Verify customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
Work as a team with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
Monitor guest satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
Follow all Alaska alcohol laws and company policies.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
Keep work areas clean and sanitized throughout each shift.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Must have or be able to obtain an Alaska Food Worker Card and Alaska TAP (Training for Alcohol Professionals) Card.
Have open availability.
