The Bouncer is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position checks IDs, monitors the premises, enforces house policies, and assists management with maintaining order.
Responsibilities
Check IDs and verify legal drinking age.
Monitor entrances, exits, and guest behavior.
Enforce house rules and alcohol policies.
Handle conflicts calmly and professionally.
Remove disruptive guests when necessary.
Assist staff with crowd control and closing procedures.
Report any incidents to management.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
Reliable, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
Expectations
No alcohol or drug use while on duty.
