Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
• Work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented environment
• Assist with prep and inventory as needed
Requirements:
• Prior cooking experience (restaurant experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Must be dependable and punctual
