This Dall Sheep shoulder mount in forward facing pose, facing slightly to his left, with nice balanced curl, features the classic white hair, a good hide, and a nice set of horns.

Backed in wood with corner mounting hardware. Measures approximately
13" x 18" x 31" tall.

Taken at the headwaters of Goat Creek

A North American Dall sheep (Ovis dalli dalli). These beautiful sheep are indigenous to Central and Northern Alaska, living in the relatively dry high country where they frequent the open ridges and meadows, with steep slopes and extremely rugged escape terrain in the immediate vicinity.
