Custom-built from a re-purposed china hutch, initially for a snake who really enjoyed this habitat, but could be used for any reptile or small critter. 6-level enclosure with built-in holes on every level to facilitate transition to the other levels. Two lights w/ surrounding protective cage at the top of the hutch to provide artificial light and/or heat. Most levels are plexiglass with the exception of a mid-level shelf that has a working reptile heating pad attached (can be easily removed) and the bottom-most level that has a glass bottom caulked-in to facilitate waterproofing the bottom level for easy clean-up if used for litter. Completely mirrored backside makes this enclosure appear twice as big/deep. 2 doors on each side magnetically shut, but currently also have velcro attachments as extra reinforcement (can be easily removed) and kept our snake in just fine. Artificial grass for every level provided (except bottom level) already cut to accomodate holes and fit nicely, but optional.
