Great car.
Runs great, Toyota 3A engine in it.
Brought it in as a project, rebuilt the engine and have tons of photos to show. Got it running and used it all summer, gets 35-40 mpg. Body has rust because it's a Japanese car from the '80...
New head, valves all new and lapped, new valve stem steals, and tty head bolts w/gasket
Fully Rebuilt original carb w/ electric choke
New intake manifold w/ gasket
New exhaust manifold gasket
New air filter
New battery
New fuel pump
New distributor
New plugs and plug wires
New wipers
New front sway bar bushings
New tie rods
New rotors and pads in the front
Rear drums are totally rebuilt, (drums are new shoes and all hardware is new)
Pulled the rear axle half shafts put in new bearings and seals.
New rear sway bar bushings
New read shocks
New rear door gas struts
New rear axle oil
New transaxle (transmission/gearbox) oil
Fresh oil after rebuild with filter. Another oil change at 100mile, one more at 500.
New tires
The interior is straight out of 1987, there's nothing broken everything works including the entire dash, original radio and cassette, heater and air controls and all lights. Has front and rear seating along with the cargo area. The rear seats fold down to make an even larger cargo area. Five-speed manual 1 through 5 with selectable four-wheel drive, if you're in four wheel drive it adds a sixth extra low gear.
Asking $3,500obo this is a solid vehicle that runs well and has heat that has been extremely well serviced considering it's age and it's decade.
