Like brand new, used once. Worked great except for part of my house is rough stone tile with deep grout grooves that it has a hard time getting down into. Has a fresh water and dirty water tank to mop / vacuum at the same time without distributing dirt like a mop does. All accessories and manual included. Normal price is $449, they are on sale right now for $299. Asking $225
