In this setup, it’s 92 (7 ft 8 inches) x 130 (10 ft 10 inches)
A few cosmetic things to note-
1) cats have scratched the armrests a bit, but I have cut off a lot of the frays and pulls. If you spent some time at it, most should be able to be cut off
2) we put anti-scratch tape on portions and after removing it, you can still see the tape outline on the armrests. I’m thinking they should be able to be steamed out, but I haven’t tried.
Price reflects cosmetic issues described above.
If you don’t mind a few cosmetic defects, then this is a great deal!
